We understand that reptiles may be fickle when trying new food or transitioning from other brands. So please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or help you need. You can contact us by phone (763) 559-3305 during normal working hours.

If however you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with us for any reason, please contact us for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and refunds are processed once items are returned. Please note, returned food that has been opened is dispose of and not resold.
